Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration with developers, product teams, and DevOps to deliver high-quality solutions and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in automated testing and familiarity with CI/CD are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• Experience in software testing, QA, or test engineering.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management.
• Experience with functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specs to ensure completeness, feasibility, and testability.
• Identify test scenarios, define expected outcomes, and validate application functionality against requirements.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all supported platforms and environments.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution; reproduce issues and validate fixes.
• Participate in release planning, risk assessments, and deployment readiness reviews.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts for frontend and backend applications.
• Support automated testing within CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Monitor automation effectiveness and communicate test execution reports and metrics.
