Job summary

Satellite Office is seeking a Performance Media Manager in Metro Manila to lead the implementation, delivery, and optimisation of performance media campaigns across the News Corp network and other major publishers for clients.

You will oversee forecasting, setup, QA, pacing, optimisation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance, mitigate revenue risks, and drive client outcomes while testing new products to meet margin requirements.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management & Delivery: Manage and deliver performance media campaigns through their lifecycle, including forecasting, setup, QA, go-live pacing, optimisations, and end-of-campaign reporting.
• Compliance & Best Practices: Uphold ad product rules and auditing standards; prevent over-bidding and ensure accurate forecasts.
• Team Development & Collaboration: Coach partner teams and collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with client outcomes and goals.
• Product Testing & Validation: Test new products to meet margin requirements and provide insights to improve performance.
• Plans and Aligns: Plan work to meet commitments and align with organizational goals, reducing bottlenecks and speeding up work.
• Business Insight: Apply knowledge of the market to advance organizational goals and monitor market changes.
• Manages Complexity: Analyze complex information to solve problems and identify root causes.
