Job summary

Omnicom Media in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Trading and Accountability Manager to oversee campaign implementation and reporting, supporting Account Managers and Directors. You will maintain relations with media owners and clients while ensuring accurate decks and timely insights across campaigns.

You will coordinate materials, manage CE processes, billing alignment with Finance, and negotiate campaigns.

Qualifications

• A graduate in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent.
• Prefer experience in a Marketing, Advertising or Media Agency.
• Familiarity with media buying/planning and Nielsen Arianna is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Highly organized, analytical and detail oriented.
• Able to work in a fast paced industry and independently.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Present implementation and post analysis decks.
• Plan and buy for all campaigns.
• Responsible for weekly reporting and optimization across all campaigns (with Analyst support).
• Conduct weekly WIPs with client and Account Management team.
• Note: responsibilities may change with workload and account changes.
• Coordinate campaign materials; T&A team to media vendor for implementation.
• CE management: preparation, submission, tracking and monthly updates.
• Coordinate with Finance for billing and invoicing, including CE submissions and Pegasus encoding.
• Carry out negotiations for all campaigns within the group.
• Present work to clients when appropriate and attend media presentations.
