Job summary

Satellite Office seeks a Performance Media Manager to lead the implementation, delivery and optimisation of performance media campaigns across client networks. You will oversee forecasting, setup, QA, pacing, optimisation and reporting to drive client outcomes while managing risk and margin.

In this role you will influence booking practices to prioritise on-net inventory, test new products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategies align with client goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance media, digital advertising, campaign management, or programmatic media.
• Hands-on experience with DV360 or similar programmatic platforms.
• Strong knowledge of campaign setup, QA, pacing, optimization, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of digital advertising compliance and best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with new digital products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage campaigns through forecasting, setup, QA, pacing, optimization, and end-of-campaign reporting.
• Maintain high accuracy under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Identify and resolve under-pacing to mitigate revenue risks.
• Resolve digital creative issues to ensure on-time launches.
