IPG Mediabrands Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist for its KINESSO team. You will manage digital media buying and advertising projects, organize resources for campaigns, and help develop strategies for program launches.

You will focus on increasing awareness, traffic, and conversions across multiple channels. Ideal candidates have a background in marketing/advertising, hands-on experience in performance media planning, and certifications from Google, Meta, TikTok, or

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience in advertising/communication.
Fresh graduates with background in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications are welcome to apply.
Hands-on experience in performance media planning and management (Paid Search, Paid Social, Online Video) is an advantage.
Working knowledge of key performance platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Data Studio, etc.).
Certifications from Google, Meta (Facebook/IG), TikTok, X (formerly Twitter) are preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of online collaboration tools (Google Drive, MS Teams, Smartsheets, Slack, etc.).
Must be excellent in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, budgeting).
Must be detail-oriented in budgeting and monitoring client expenses.
Must have a creative mind and passion for digital.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement Performance campaigns across paid search, paid social, and online video channels.
Daily monitoring of campaigns to ensure on-track deliveries and spends, and smooth operation of all ads/campaigns.
Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports as needed.
Evaluate campaign results and identify opportunities to improve performance.
Provide updates and recommendations to client leads/planners across the network.
