• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating closely with a small, fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Set up Meta CPAS Ads for Shopee and Lazada, including prospecting, retargeting, and traffic campaigns.
• Ensure linking between Meta ad accounts, business managers, and partner platforms.
• Follow campaign structure guidelines and platform best practices per campaign type.
• Monitor ad performance daily and adjust targeting, creatives, bids, or placements to achieve KPIs.
• Optimize campaigns based on CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPM, and conversion metrics.
• Track campaign results through Meta Ads Manager and Shopee/Lazada Ads dashboards.
• Detect issues early and flag for resolution.
• Implement campaign plans, budget phasing, and promotional schedules as outlined by the Performance Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather assets and ensure campaign readiness before deadlines.
