Job summary

Bevi is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own Bevi's demand generation engine and execute campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn. You will manage the in-platform setup, bid strategy, and budget pacing while coordinating with our performance marketing agency to ensure every dollar drives pipeline.

You will report to the Head of Growth Marketing, translate performance into channel and budget decisions, and collaborate with sales and RevOps.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, launching, and optimizing campaigns in-platform across multiple channels.
• Measurable impact on pipeline through paid media with specific examples of CAC improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage campaigns directly in-platform across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Own day-to-day relationship with Performance Marketing Agency across major platforms.
• Own the demand generation budget execution and quarterly planning with CPA benchmarks.
• Run test-and-learn roadmap across channels and present data-driven recommendations.
• Build the data-backed business case for incremental investment by channel and market.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for sales leadership on demand generation performance.
