Job summary

Intrepid Asia is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive based in the Philippines. You will own client relationships, manage cross-channel campaigns and drive e-commerce performance across platforms such as Google, Facebook and TikTok. The role requires 1–2 years of digital marketing experience and strong analytics.

You’ll work in a fast-paced startup environment, with access to comprehensive insurance and generous leave. English fluency and relevant certifications are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years in digital marketing/e-commerce marketing, agency or distributor experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads or eCommerce marketplace search ads (Lazada/Shopee).
• Experience with Facebook and TikTok Ads is a plus.
• Experience in media planning, budgets, optimization, and negotiations with 3rd parties.
• Experience in tracking (GA/GA4, GTM, Facebook Pixel, UTM) and 3rd party ad serving.
• Strong understanding of key advertising metrics and measurement platforms.
• Fluent in English; able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Digital Marketing certifications on Meta and Google Ads are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive paid performance marketing and e-commerce ads for clients.
• Own relationships with Brand partners and manage campaigns aligned to objectives.
• Plan media, optimize performance and report results across channels.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to seize e-commerce growth opportunities.
