Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Performance Manager to lead offshore performance operations from the Philippines for our Melbourne-based client. You will drive brand-led performance marketing, collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Media teams, and own complex campaigns across major digital platforms.

You will translate performance metrics into commercial insights, mentor a Philippines-based specialist, and ensure high-quality execution with QA across all campaigns.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on performance or digital media experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• Deep, hands-on experience running and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytics, ability to turn data into clear commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Turn brand and commercial strategies into tactical performance media plans across Search, Social, and Programmatic.
• Plan, build, run, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok and DV360.
• Lead account restructures, bid strategies, and setup conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, CAPI).
• Prepare high-level reports and strategic decks for Australian Directors.
• Line-manage the PH Performance Specialist and ensure QA for offshore work.
