Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a program coach in the Philippines to drive the success of Rookies Advisors. You will handhold, manage and lead cohorts in the NGA/NGE program and ensure they graduate, while executing agency strategies to meet objectives.

Daily coaching sessions, monitoring of sales activities, and organizing seminars or webinars will be part of your routine. You will work with agency leaders, training, and management to secure support and report results weekly.

About the Role

The position is responsible for the success of Rookies Advisors by handholding, managing, and leading certain cohort numbers of the NGE / NGA and ensuring that they successfully graduate from the program. It is also responsible for executing all agency strategies and plan to achieve the setting agency objectives. Conduct daily business coaching session every morning for all NGA / NGE by strictly following the daily and weekly structure Monitor and track daily sales activities of each Rookies Advisor in respective batch according to the approved standard Organize sales activity platform to support Rookies Advisors on the weekly basis such as selling seminar, roadshow, customer presentation, or webinar Regularly schedule and conduct one to one coaching to improve Rookies Advisor performance based on need analysis outcome Organize intervention training session based on the outcome of need analysis to ensure performance improvement and on track Work closely with relevant stakeholders such as agency leaders, business development, training, and management, to get support and help Rookies Advisors achieve the objectives Report updated performance to the agency management on weekly basis Join the assessment for NGE / NGA Recruitment to ensure the quality recruits Perform other tasks required by the NGE / NGA Program Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
