Job summary

ENGIE Services (Philippines) is seeking a Performance Engineer to support the Performance Manager in ensuring operational efficiency, performance optimization, and reliability of on-site utilities and rooftop solar. The role focuses on data-driven analysis, calibration of data, and reporting for KI monitoring and billing.

You will monitor and improve energy performance using BMS/SCADA, perform audits and technical analysis, and coordinate with clients and site engineers to implement improvements

Responsibilities

• Monitor energy efficiency and performance across on-site utilities and rooftop solar using BMS, SCADA, dashboards, and Energy Monitoring Systems.
• Validate and calibrate data to ensure dashboard and sensor accuracy.
• Lead or support energy audits and equipment-level performance evaluation.
• Provide data inputs for monthly P&L and financial analysis per contract.
• Coordinate with clients and site engineers to report performance improvements.
• Lead feasibility studies and plant optimization initiatives.
