Job summary

Million Dollar Baby Co. in the Philippines is seeking a Paid Social Designer to turn briefs into scroll-stopping ad creatives for paid social and email campaigns.

You’ll work with marketers to design high-performing visuals across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other networks while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate closely with the growth team to iterate based on performance metrics and stay up to date with ad trends and platform best practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience designing static content for paid social and paid email campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy with ad performance in mind.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across assets.

Responsibilities

• Design static, carousel, and motion ad creatives for platforms such as Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, AppLovin, Youtube Ads), Email/SMS.
• Translate briefs, hooks, and messaging into visually compelling content.
• Create multiple variations for structured A/B testing.
• Adapt creative to platform best practices, safe zones, pacing, aspect ratios, and sound/music.
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to iterate on creatives based on performance.
