Right Hook Digital is seeking a Visual Designer to join an award-winning team, translating creative briefs into high-quality paid social ads across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll turn strategy into execution, shaping visuals with strong typography, pacing and brand alignment.

You’ll collaborate with a dedicated Creative Strategist, handling multiple brands and formats, from static to motion, while maintaining speed and quality.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience creating paid social, direct-response, or conversion-focused creative.
• A strong portfolio showing range across brands, formats and visual styles.

Responsabilidades

• Turn strategy into ads built to perform across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create across formats: static ads, carousels, branded video, UGC edits, motion graphics, product-led creative, native formats.
• Own the executional details: hierarchy, typography, asset selection, pacing, transitions, sound design and product prominence.
• Iterate from performance data and feedback with the Creative Strategist and wider team.
• Meet volume requirements without compromising quality in a fast-paced agency setting.
