eClerx Philippines, Inc. is seeking a results-driven SEM / Google Ads Expert to manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns.

You will diagnose performance issues, improve traffic quality, refine ad copy and hooks, and drive stronger conversion rates and ROAS. You will analyze Search Terms Reports, optimize keyword match types, and continuously refine negative keywords while monitoring KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads / SEM campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, match types and Search Terms Reports.
• Proven ability to diagnose performance issues and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads Search campaigns.
• Diagnose campaigns with high impressions but low CTR and improve performance.
• Improve Quality Scores and alignment between keywords, ads, and landing pages.
• Review landing pages for relevance, speed, UX and conversions.
• Analyze Search Terms Reports to identify high-performing queries.
• Move strong terms into exact-match keyword strategies.
• Refine negative keyword lists to reduce wasted spend.
• Monitor KPIs: CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, ROAS.
• Conduct structured tests of ad copy, CTAs, landing pages, and strategies.
