Qualifications

• SEM/PPC campaign management experience
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or related field
• Proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, and GTM
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion tracking
• Experience with campaign setup, optimization, budget management, and reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• SEM certifications and SEO knowledge are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own SEM strategy and tactical planning aligned to campaign goals
• Handle end-to-end SEM campaign setup, trafficking, and launch
• Monitor KPIs and perform in-flight optimizations (bid, budget, keywords)
• Manage budgets, pacing, and cross-channel asset tagging
• Deliver SEM reporting, insights, and executive-ready dashboards
• QA data quality across dashboards, tracking, and platforms
• Collaborate with analytics, creative, SEO, and marketing operations teams
