Job summary

Transsion Philippines is seeking an analytics-minded performance marketer to manage and optimize UA campaigns for mobile apps and games. You will monitor metrics, identify issues, and implement timely optimization actions to meet client goals.

The role requires strong English communication, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving abilities. This is a work-from-office position based in Metro Manila, Pasig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience in user acquisition (UA) campaigns for mobile apps or games on Meta Ads or TikTok Ads

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Transsion platforms to achieve client performance goals, while ensuring efficient budget allocation and client satisfaction.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics, identify issues, and implement optimization actions in a timely manner.
• Regularly conduct research on competitors' commercial scenarios and business dynamics, generate research reports and actionable insights, and share findings with internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, respond to business needs, and provide timely operational support and campaign recommendations.
• Prepare regular performance reports and support other operational tasks as required.
