Job summary

Integrated Wound Care is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a Per DM wound care opportunity, focusing on high‑quality patient outcomes.

You will perform wound assessments, develop treatment plans, educate patients and families, document accurately, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care. The position offers malpractice insurance, no calls, no weekends, freedom to work independently with support staff and EMR tools.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in state of employment.
• Minimum of 1 year of wound care experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities
