Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted in Makati is seeking a QA/Functional Tester with PeopleSoft expertise for a permanent role with a hybrid setup (3 days WFO per week). You will prepare test cases, perform functional testing / SIT / UAT, review 9.2 image updates and learn new features, and coordinate with users to resolve defects, plus defect tracking and SLA prioritization.

Experience with PeopleSoft modules (AP, AR, Billing, GL) and defect tracking tools like JIRA is preferred to support ongoing

Qualifications

• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.56+.
• PeopleSoft functional knowledge including AP, AR, Billing, Project Costing, Treasury, GL, AWE, Security and PUM features.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test cases.
• Experience in Functional Testing /SIT/ UAT.
• 9.2 image updates and new feature knowledge.
• Coordination with users for the defects.
• Defect tracking.
• Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.
• Experience in performance testing.
• Exposure to defect tracking tools like JIRA, Service.
