Job summary

GSS HR Solutions Private Limted seeks an experienced ERP FSCM Business Analyst / QA Tester to join our team in the Philippines. You will work with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.56+, performing FSCM functional testing across AP, AR, Billing, Project Costing, Treasury, Asset Management and GL.

Strong analytical skills and defect tracking with JIRA/ServiceNow are required. You will prepare and execute test cases, conduct SIT/UAT and performance tests, analyze issues, and ensure SLA compliance

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP FSCM functional testing and PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Strong test design, execution and defect tracking capabilities.
• Exposure to test cycles: SIT, UAT and performance testing.
• Familiarity with JIRA and ServiceNow for issue tracking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute test cases for FSCM modules.
• Perform Functional Testing, SIT, UAT and performance testing.
• Track defects using JIRA/ServiceNow and coordinate with users.
• Analyze issues, prioritize support calls, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Stay updated with 9.2 image updates and new features.
