Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Cebu IT Park City is hiring a People Services Specialist for onsite duties, including onboarding, records management, and offboarding to ensure a seamless employee experience.

You will support HR operational services, adhere to local laws, and work closely with the Head of Shared Services and the People team. Fresh grads are encouraged to apply; healthcare and competitive rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
• Fresh graduates with strong academics encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end employee onboarding and pre-boarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records in physical and digital formats.
• Process employee data changes and updates in HRIS.
• Execute employee offboarding including final pay and exit interviews.
• Assist in discipline processes and grievance documentation.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and policy questions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and SOPs.
• Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless employee experience.
