Job summary

Inchcape is seeking a motivated People Services Advisor to join our APAC regional team in the Philippines. This entry-level role handles administrative and first-line support across the employee lifecycle, delivering a positive employee experience.

You will respond to routine inquiries, process transactions accurately, support onboarding and offboarding, and help maintain HR data in our systems, collaborating with the People Services group to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level People Services support and respond to routine employee and manager inquiries.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately per procedures and SLAs.
• Review submitted documentation and escalate incomplete/complex requests.
• Create and maintain case records in the ticketing system and close requests.
• Support onboarding, changes, and offboarding administration activities.
• Maintain employee data accuracy and confidentiality in HR systems.
• Assist with reporting and People Services administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with People Services and HR colleagues to resolve inquiries.
