Job summary

Inchcape Retail Chile is seeking a motivated People Services Advisor to support the Philippines market and other APAC regions. This entry-level role focuses on administrative activities across the employee lifecycle, responding to routine inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining records in a fast-paced environment.

You will join a regional People Services team, work hybrid in Manila hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri), and gain exposure to HR processes, systems, and policies while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree desirable; fresh grads encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications required; HR systems exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level People Services support and respond to routine inquiries.
• Process employee lifecycle transactions accurately and per procedures and SLAs.
• Create and maintain case records in the ticketing system.
• Follow up on open requests and communicate status to employees and stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding, changes, and offboarding administration.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and confidentiality in HR systems.
• Support documentation, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to resolve routine inquiries.
