Job summary

Maersk is seeking a People Partner Manager in the Philippines to drive HR service delivery, ensure compliance, and lead process improvements across our HR function. You will manage a team of HR professionals, foster stakeholder relationships, and coordinate with vendors to deliver high‑quality services in a complex, global logistics environment.

The role emphasizes labour relations, governance, and strategic initiatives, with travel to various operation sites as required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in People Partnering within logistics/warehousing.
Experience managing third‑party vendors (manpower agencies).
Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
Proven leadership in a matrix organisation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel domestically to operational sites.

Responsibilities

Oversee HR service delivery, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate HR tasks.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure service delivery.
Lead strategic projects and capability-building initiatives across units.
Provide guidance to the HR team and develop them for consistency.
