Job summary

Maersk is seeking a seasoned People Partner Manager to drive HR service delivery and governance across multiple sites. The role focuses on efficient transactions, data integrity, and scalable, employee-centric solutions to enable business goals.

With leadership responsibility, you will standardize processes, oversee onboarding/offboarding, and manage third-party vendors while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and internal policies. Travel to operational sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in People Partnering with logistics/warehousing experience.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, such as manpower agencies.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employee relations.
• Proven leadership within a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically to sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR service delivery including onboarding/offboarding and employee records management.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, automate tasks, and enhance employee experience.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, internal policies and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead strategic projects like MPACT and capability-building programs across units.
• Provide guidelines and tools to standardize HR practices across the HR team.
