Qualifications

Responsibilities
Provide recruitment support to Hiring Managers through job posting creation, applicant sourcing, and resume screening.
Maintain and update employee tracking systems while preparing timely and accurate recruitment reports for HR and leadership review.
Ensure completion of required documents from new hires.
Provide support to Managers in administering New employee orientation sessions and ensuring compliance with all required new-hire documentation processes.
Oversee uniform preparation and distribution for new hires.
Handles employees’ database and maintains all 201 files.
Support managers with performance, conflict resolution, and coaching conversations.
Assist in conducting fact-finding inquiries related to employee complaints.
Assists in the preparation, distribution, and filing of labor relations documentation.
