Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Human Operations Associate to manage the people lifecycle and day-to-day HR tasks. You will collaborate with advisory, assurance, tax and business services teams, handling onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, absence management and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, shared services, data management, or related business processes.
• English proficiency (oral and written) required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR software and data management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration.
• Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as necessary.
• Coordinating staff activities to support HR operations and service delivery.
• Maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations in all HR transactions.
• Utilizing HR software to manage employee data and documentation efficiently.
• Supporting employee engagement strategies and relations through effective communication.
• Implementing process documentation and improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
• Collaborating with team members to address complex business issues from strategy to execution.
• Applying HR metrics to analyze data and inform decision‑making processes.
• Upholding professional and technical standards in line with the Firm's code of conduct.
