Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree in HR or related fields and 1-3 years of experience in HR or operations, preferably in a BPO environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in HR or operations, preferably in a BPO setting.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and labor laws.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS, and documentation in compliance with labor laws.
• Support employee engagement activities and performance management initiatives.
