Job summary

K-Logistikus Philippines, Inc. invites a People & Culture Specialist to join the Davao team. This role covers HR functions from recruitment and onboarding to attendance, documentation, and policy implementation, partnering closely with Operations to address employee concerns and manpower needs.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in HR/P&C, a related degree, and a hands-on, confidential approach in a fast-paced warehousing/logistics environment. HR in Action in Davao awaits.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related course.
• Minimum 2 years in HR/P&C, ideally generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions in warehousing/logistics.
• Experience in employee relations, attendance management, recruitment, HR documentation, and employee case handling is an advantage.
• Good understanding of Philippine labor standards and HR practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR concerns simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to work closely with employees and Operations.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Are you an HR professional who believes that HR is more than just paperwork ?

We are looking for a People & Culture Specialist – Davao who is ready to be HR in Action—someone who is present where the people and the work are, listens to employee concerns, works closely with Operations, and provides practical HR support when and where it is needed.

As a P&C (HR) Generalist, you will have the opportunity to work across different areas of HR—from employee relations and recruitment to attendance, documentation, engagement, and policy implementation.

This is a hands-on opportunity for an HR professional who wants to make a meaningful and visible impact on both people and operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a People & Culture Specialist, you will support and participate in various P&C activities, including:

• Employee relations and handling of employee concerns
• Recruitment, onboarding, and employee movement documentation
• Attendance, timekeeping, and leave monitoring
• Employee records and 201 files management
• HR documentation and preparation of reports
• Implementation and communication of company policies and procedures
• Support in disciplinary and employee case documentation
• Employee engagement and P&C activities
• Government-mandated benefits and HR-related compliance coordination
• Coordination with Operations regarding manpower and employee concerns
• Conduct of HR orientations, policy refreshers, and other P&C initiatives
• Providing day-to-day P&C support to employees and Operations
• Other generalist HR functions as may be assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Graduate of Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related course

• With at least 2 years of experience in HR/P&C, preferably in a generalist capacity

• Strong working knowledge of HR Generalist functions preferably in warehousing/logistics industry.

• Experience in employee relations, attendance management, recruitment, HR documentation, and employee case handling is an advantage

• Good understanding of Philippine labor standards and HR practices

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
