Responsibilities

• Recruitment coordination from sourcing to joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking and interview schedules.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Support the smooth movement of candidates through the hiring process.
• Execute onboarding, documentation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain complete and accurate employee records.
• Track probation, confirmations, and employee lifecycle milestones.
• Ensure all employee-related documentation is updated and accessible.
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee data administration.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and people processes.
• Identify process deviations and support corrective actions.
• Maintain discipline and consistency in HR operations across teams.
• Maintain HR trackers, records, templates, and operational documents.
• Ensure all information remains updated, structured, and audit-ready.
• Improve process documentation to reduce dependency on individuals.
• Support continuous improvement of HR systems and workflows.
• Maintain accurate people data and operational reports.
• Provide leadership with reliable visibility into key people metrics.
• Ensure timely reporting of recruitment, attendance, employee lifecycle, and HR operations data.
