Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and monitoring workplace health and safety initiatives, identifying potential hazards, and coordinating preventive measures.
• Support employee health, wellness, and welfare programs, proactively identifying employee needs and coordinating appropriate assistance.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining emergency preparedness procedures, safety activities, and related workplace initiatives.
• Coordinate health, safety, and workplace welfare orientations and requirements for new employees.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, trackers, checklists and other documentation related to health, safety, and employee welfare activities.
• Work closely with employees, management and relevant teams to address workplace concerns, monitor action items, and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace safety, employee well-being, and existing processes through proactive observation and recommendations.
• Assist in office-based and field coordination activities related to health, safety and employee welfare programs.
