Job summary

2GO Group, Inc. is seeking an OHS Supervisor (Safety Officer 3) to lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of occupational health and safety programs across assigned clusters in the Philippines.

You will ensure full compliance with DOLE DO252-25 and RA9514, as well as internal policies, fostering a proactive safety culture. The role emphasizes risk identification, incident prevention, emergency preparedness, and safety governance with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• 3+ years of safety officer experience; SO3 level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSH standards in the Philippines (DOLE DO252-25, RA9514).

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and monitoring of safety programs across clusters.
• Ensure compliance with OSH standards and regulatory reporting.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and incident investigations.
• Provide advisory support on risk management and training.
