Job summary

Baker McKenzie is seeking a Specialist, People Analytics to build and evolve global reporting capabilities, enabling data-driven decisions across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on AI-enabled processes, governance, and scalable analytics to support strategic workforce decisions.

Based in Manila or Buenos Aires, you will partner with HR leaders and technology teams to deliver dashboards, governance artifacts, and actionable insights while maintaining data quality and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Applied Statistics, Social Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in people research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and insight generation within HR or People Analytics.
• Understanding of HR practices and employee lifecycle processes with ability to translate business questions into analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional expertise in people research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, interpretation, and data storytelling to inform talent and business decisions across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with Talent Management, Recruitment and Mobility, Careers and Performance, Leadership and Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and others to translate needs into scalable reporting and insights.
• Lead and deliver people analytics projects from discovery to implementation using appropriate methods and data gathering.
