Job summary

Baker McKenzie is seeking a Specialist, People Analytics to build and evolve the global People Reporting and Analytics capability in Metro Manila. You will partner with HR and business leaders to enable data-driven decisions across the employee lifecycle, embedding AI-enabled practices and strengthening governance.

You will lead analytics projects, develop dashboards, and translate complex data into executive-ready insights while upholding data quality and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in psychology/behavioral science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in people research, quantitative and qualitative analysis, reporting, dashboards.
• Understanding of HR practices, employee lifecycle, and data structures.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytics languages (SQL, Python, R).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools and governance considerations.
• Experience in global or shared services environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver people analytics projects from discovery to implementation.
• Create dashboards and self-service reporting to improve decision quality.
• Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders and executives.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent, and Diversity teams to define metrics and governance.
• Apply AI-enabled tools responsibly to streamline analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and scalable analytics solutions.
