Job description

Work where work matters.

We are a global technology group built for what's next, offering high-calibre professionals the platform for high-stakes work — the kind of work that defines an entire career. When you join us, you're not just taking on projects — you're solving problems that don't even have answers yet.

You will join an exclusive roster of talent that global leaders, including Google, Snap, Diageo, PayPal, and Jaguar Land Rover, call when deadlines seem impossible, when others have already tried and failed, and when the solution absolutely has to work.

Forget routine consultancy. You will operate where technology, design, and human behaviour meet to deliver tangible outcomes, fast. This is work that leaves a mark — work you'll be proud to tell your friends about.

We are looking for a People Administrator, an experienced People Administrator professional with deep knowledge of Philippine employment law, a track record of post-acquisition integration, and the commercial acumen to operate as a true strategic partner.

We look for people who embody:

  • Innovation to solve the hardest problems.
  • Accountability for every result.
  • Integrity always.

At Beyond, we believe in work that leaves a mark. This role is for people who thrive on solving problems that don't have answers yet, who are accountable for tangible outcomes, and who act with integrity when the solution absolutely has to work.

Here, you will be responsible for providing first-line, day-to-day HR administrative support to employees and managers across multiple locations. This is a hands-on, process-driven role focused on responding promptly and accurately to routine HR queries, maintaining the shared HR inbox, and producing simple, standard documentation.

Role Responsibilities
  • Monitor the shared HR inbox, ensuring all queries are acknowledged and actioned in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and issue standard employment letters in line with company templates and policy, supporting multiple regions and jurisdictions.
  • Answer routine employee questions, directing employees to the correct policy, form, or intranet page.
  • Ensure the onboarding process for new starters is carried out in a timely and efficient manner, including creating contracts, conducting desk assessments, issuing starting instructions, and delivering engaging induction sessions. Support with BambooHR administration, including onboarding and offboarding individuals.
  • Administer employee benefits, including starters, leavers, and amendments, for any region-specific benefits.
  • Support with basic HR documentation, filing, and record-keeping across the locations covered.
  • Provide EOR (Employer of Record) support for employees engaged through our EOR partners, including onboarding, contract, and query support.
  • Provide case management support for straightforward employee relations matters, escalating more complex cases to the Regional Business Partner.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, working with groups such as the Together Team and other engagement committees.
  • Support with HR data reporting, pulling data and checking it for accuracy.
  • Help prepare decks and data sets for the HR Business Partner and People Operations teams.
  • Coordinate office social events, helping to actively drive our social strategy.
  • Maintain accurate logs and trackers of inbox queries, references issued, and turnaround times.
  • Flag recurring queries to the HR team to help identify process or policy gaps.
  • Support with process and documentation improvement, including updating internal Confluence pages.
  • Champion and embed Beyond's values across every stage of the employee lifecycle, ensuring our culture is consistently reflected in how we attract, engage, and develop our people.
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in an HR administration, HR shared services, or HR coordinator role, ideally supporting employees across multiple countries or regions.
  • Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform (BambooHR strongly preferred) for onboarding, offboarding, and records administration.
  • Working knowledge of core HR processes: employment documentation, benefits administration, and basic employee relations case handling.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft accurate, policy-compliant employment letters and correspondence.
  • Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to manage a high volume of routine queries and documentation within tight turnaround times.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information and case details.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and jurisdictions, and collaborating with external partners such as EOR providers.
  • Proficient with standard office and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
  • Practical Requirements
    • Ability to work on-site at the Delivery Centre 3 days per week.
    • Ability to work EMEA hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Nice to Have
  • Prior exposure to Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements or international/multi-jurisdiction employment practices.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement or social committees (e.g., organising events, culture initiatives).
  • Basic HR data reporting skills (comfortable working in spreadsheets; experience pulling and validating HRIS data).
  • A relevant degree or CIPD (or equivalent) qualification, or progress towards one.
  • A genuine interest in process improvement and a proactive approach to spotting and flagging policy or process gaps.
What Success Looks Like
  • HR inbox queries are consistently acknowledged and resolved within agreed turnaround times.
  • New starters have a smooth, well-documented onboarding experience with no missed steps.
  • Employment letters, contracts, and records are accurate, compliant, and issued on time across all regions supported.
  • Recurring issues and process gaps are proactively flagged, contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.
