Job summary

WTW in the Philippines is seeking a qualified candidate to join our pension benefits administration team. You will gain a thorough understanding of plan design and perform routine to complex administration tasks for clients’ defined pension plans and related information.

Collaborating with teammates, you will apply Excellence tools for efficient, high-quality output while adhering to plan documents and regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or related fields.
• Able to understand administrative processes for pension plans.
• Knowledge of benefits administration or plan administration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and client-focused mindset.
• Independent yet collaborative in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel intermediate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the plan design.
• Perform routine, complex and recurring plan administration tasks for clients’ defined pension benefit plans and information.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to complete tasks and to ensure unified delivery of services.
• Learn and use Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient and quality output.
• Adhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plans.
• Perform established quality control standards and meet established performance targets.
• Complete assigned cases using established procedures and in a timely manner.
• Meet productivity/utilization goals as well as meet established efficiency standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training activities.
• Follow and update documentation materials as directed.
