Job summary

WTW Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented pensions administrator to gain a thorough understanding of plan design and to perform routine and complex administration for clients' defined pension benefit plans.

You will collaborate with a close-knit team to ensure timely, accurate outputs, adhere to government regulations, and participate in ongoing training, with US working hours and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Ability to understand pension plan administration processes.
• Knowledge of benefits administration or plan administration is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and client service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel skills required.
• Good verbal and written communication; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Gain a thorough understanding of the plan design.
• Perform routine, complex and recurring plan administration tasks for clients' defined pension plans.
• Work cooperatively with team members to ensure unified delivery of services.
• Learn and use Excellence tools and concepts to ensure efficient output.
• Adhere to plan documents and government regulations in administering plans.
• Perform established quality control standards and meet performance targets.
• Complete assigned cases using established procedures and in a timely manner.
• Meet productivity and efficiency standards.
• Actively participate in team meetings and training activities.
• Follow and update documentation materials as directed.
