Job summary

Halcyon Health Network, Inc. is seeking a capable Customer Service Associate to verify patient medical records, advise final status, and coordinate with Follow-up MDs and PEME Accounts Specialists for evaluation and endorsements.

You will direct patients to the cashier for test charging and monitor test results by coordinating with Testing Units to ensure timely updates and accurate documentation. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Coordinates and refers to Processing MDs for patients with expired medical records for screening, evaluation, and approval prior to the re-medical.
• Monitors and follow-up medical test results by calling and coordinating with different Testing Units for updates and reviews of Medical Doctors.
