Aleph is hiring an Engagement Manager, Private Equity to partner with PE-backed finance teams as they deploy Aleph. You will own engagement through onboarding, driving core FP&A workflows, and becoming their primary contact as they scale the platform.

Role blends finance expertise with customer success, requiring hands-on spreadsheet work and a focus on delivering customer outcomes over purely technical tasks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or PE-backed environments.
• Strong modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Clear communication with finance stakeholders.
• Comfort working in a remote team; startup exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard PE-backed customers and guide them through core FP&A workflows.
• Serve as trusted finance contact to scale Aleph implementations.
• Identify adoption gaps and drive platform usage across portfolios.
• Surface feedback to product/engineering to shape the roadmap.
• Help make onboarding repeatable and reliable as we scale.
