Job summary

Tasq Staffing Solutions seeks a strategic Corporate Controller to lead accounting and financial operations in a fast-growing, private equity-backed SaaS environment. You will build a reliable finance function, oversee multiple entities, and manage a small team.

The role requires a CPA, ASC 606 expertise, and experience with ERP systems like Sage Intacct or NetSuite. Night shifts and collaboration with lenders, audits, and cross-border activities are part of the scope.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 3–5 years in an accounting leadership role (Controller/Assistant Controller).
• SaaS/tech experience preferred; strong ASC 606 and deferred revenue knowledge.
• Experience in private equity-backed environments and lender covenants.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, financial controls, and audit readiness.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with Sage Intacct/NetSuite or similar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple entities.
• Validate ASC 606 revenue recognition for license and other revenue.
• Prepare journal entries for expenses, depreciation, accruals, and more.
• Review GL, maintain balance sheet reconciliations, and AR aging.
• Oversee cash management, banking covenants, and lender reporting.
• Coordinate annual audits across jurisdictions and support tax/audit prep.
