Job summary

onsemi in the Philippines seeks a PDM Business Process Analyst to support data management across Final Test, Sort Operations, and Die Mapping. You will drive data accuracy, enable process improvements, and support system enhancements within a semiconductor environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering/IT/CS/business and 3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, with MES experience preferred. Strong data analysis and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, CS, Business or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years hands-on experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred.
• Knowledge of Probe, Wafer Post-Fab processes, and wafer map-related applications is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product data to identify, investigate, and resolve data anomalies arising from existing processes, system configurations, and data structures.
• Perform detailed data analysis across multiple enterprise systems and facilitate accurate data implementation within Agile and other PDM platforms.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives involving Product Data Management systems and related business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.
• Participate in various testing activities for system implementations and enhancements (SIT, FUT, UAT, CTQA, Sanity Testing).
• Develop and maintain process documentation, procedures, and system-related references; support reporting requirements and training initiatives.
