Job summary

CARLCARE SERVICE PH INC. is seeking an experienced Mobile Technician to diagnose and repair mobile devices in our Quezon City service center, while also handling customer inquiries and keeping inventory records.

You will work with basic CRM/ticketing and inventory systems, require Level 3 repair skills or NCII preferred, and must be organized and able to work independently. The role offers a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced service center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Level 3 repair experience or advanced mobile phone repair skills preferred.
• NCII or related certification is a plus.
• Computer literate; familiar with inventory systems.
• Organized, flexible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities
