Job summary

Carlcare Philippines is seeking a hands-on technical support specialist to troubleshoot and repair mobile phones at the motherboard level, while delivering clear customer assistance and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience in similar roles, and basic micro-soldering knowledge. Proactive, organized individuals who can work independently are encouraged to apply.

• NCII (or related certification) is a plus.
