Job summary

Translarity, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking PCB Designers to join our team to design printed circuit boards (PCBs), Organic Substrates (MLOs) and related products.

This role supports a 3-shift system with clean handoffs and close collaboration across departments to meet customer specifications and production timelines. The ideal candidate has a background in Electrical Engineering, 1+ year PCB design experience, and proficiency with Cadence Allegro, CAM350, AutoCAD, and Excel scripting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of PCB design experience; Probe Card PCB experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with Cadence design tools is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design PCBs, MLOs, and related products for probe cards.
• Collaborate across shifts to ensure clean handoffs and cycle times.
• Produce production files for fabrication and assembly.
• Maintain PCB parts library accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in peer reviews to ensure design quality and timelines.
