Job summary

ams Asia Inc in Calamba City, Philippines, seeks an Associate Engineer in Test Product Engineering to support incoming inspection, register Load Boards and Probe Cards, diagnose probe-card issues, and validate hardware prior to production release.

You will collaborate with engineers, maintain spare parts inventory, and contribute to cost reduction and continuous improvement while upholding 5S and safety standards in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Computer, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

Perform incoming inspection, registration, and tracking of Load Boards, Probe Cards, and other test hardware to ensure quality standards.
Diagnose technical issues related to probe cards, probe heads, and needles and perform corrective actions with appropriate equipment.
Support hardware transfer activities, engineering evaluations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve hardware-related issues and support production objectives.
Monitor and maintain inventory of critical spare parts and consumables to ensure production readiness.
Contribute to cost reduction, productivity improvement, and adherence to processes.
