Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.

• 4) Proficient with MS Excel or payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing off-cycle payroll runs.
• Assist in processing payroll of expatriates and reporting to Japan for funding.
• Prepare monthly statutory remittance reports and attachments.
• Process payment of monthly statutory contributions.
• Prepare BIR Form 1601-C from payroll registers.
• Assist with year-end withholding tax reports (Alphalist, Form 1604-C, Form 2316).
• Assist employees in obtaining community tax certificates (Form 2316).
• Update subsidiary ledgers of employee bank loans and advances and monitor outstanding amounts.
• Prepare payroll-related schedules for financial statement auditors.
