SCE Consulting Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. You will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with PH regulations, and deliver accurate compensation to employees.

Responsibilities include maintaining payroll records, calculating wages and deductions, filing payroll taxes, and supporting HR and Finance in related tasks. A professional payroll certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar in the Philippines.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Proficiency with payroll systems and HRIS; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update payroll records and deductions.
• Calculate wages, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and other compensation components.
