Job summary

Strada, a leader in people, payroll and technology, is seeking an Associate, Delivery to support Canada/US payroll processing and HRIS tasks. You will ensure timely payment, respond to client queries, and maintain data accuracy while learning Strada’s systems.

This role offers hybrid work (once a month) with graveyard shift 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM and exposure to multi-country payroll, documentation, and ISMS compliance. Graduate or diploma with 6 months to 2 years in payroll is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma Holder; basic payroll exposure preferred.
• Experience with Canada/US payroll processing is a plus.
• Proficient MS Word and Excel for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls and HR tasks for Canada/US payroll.
• Perform first level data verification.
• Escalate production issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain data accuracy and update process reports.
