Job summary

Boldr in the Philippines is seeking a Payroll Associate to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employee types. You will support day-to-day payroll operations—from preparing payroll files and maintaining employee records to assisting with timekeeping and benefits—while upholding compliance with company policies and government regulations.

• Bachelor's/College degree in accountancy or finance-related field
• 1–2 years of payroll, accounting, or related experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills under pressure
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office; experience with Xero
• Basic knowledge of payroll regulations and labor laws is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare semi-monthly payroll and adjustments for regular, project-based, and contractual employees
• Assist with monthly SSS, Philhealth & Pag-ibig remittance & loan payment reports
• Assist with withholding tax reports
• Prepare final pays for separated employees and support offboarding payroll requirements
• End-of-year processing: 13th month pay and Annualization; conduct internal audits against standards
• Assist with attendance trackers and timekeeping
• Assist employee benefits and leave administration
• Prepares and issues Authorize to Deduct forms
• Facilitate employee queries and concerns related to salaries and wages
• Prepare per-cutoff reconciliation reports and payroll payment summaries
• Assist with other Finance and Accounting activities that support team and company goals
• In addition, other clerical and administrative duties as required
