Job summary

JIAYOU FORWARDING POSTAL SERVICES OPC is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Metro Manila. You will process payroll accurately and on time, review attendance and leaves, and calculate salaries, overtime, and deductions in line with Philippine regulations.

You will handle SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, withholding tax, and generate payslips and payroll reports. A Bachelor’s degree and strong Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1yr experience in payroll processing is preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine payroll and statutory contributions.
• Proficient in Excel and payroll systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Process employees’ payroll accurately and on time.
• Review attendance, overtime, leave, tardiness, and absences.
• Calculate salaries, allowances, overtime, holiday pay, and deductions.
• Process SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and payroll summaries.
• Handle employee payroll inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Accounting regarding payroll concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
