Job summary

UNO Fuel Incorporated in Quezon City is looking for a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processing for the group, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments across all employees, whether manual or automated. You will supervise payroll reporting, deductions, taxes, loans and other contributions, and coordinate with HR and finance to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

• Must have handled payroll processing for at least 500 employees in a single organization or payroll cycle.
• 1-2 years of experience in payroll.
• Knowledge of manual and automated payroll systems; experience with NetSuite or similar HRIS is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical and organizational abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll process across the group to ensure accurate and on-time payments.
• Supervise the preparation of payroll reports and protect payroll data confidentiality.
• Ensure correct calculation and remittance of payroll deductions (taxes, loans, contributions).
• Implement and manage manual and automated payroll systems with smooth transitions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll processes through automation and technology.
